About Bradford Kissam
Service - Integrity - CommitmentLicensed since 1993, I have served the people of Berks, Montgomery, Chester, Lancaster, and Lehigh counties and have tried to make the lives of my clients happier and more fulfilled and the communities in which they live better places to reside. A great deal of my time is spent with buyers and sellers of single family homes. This includes first-time buyers, growing families, people down-sizing, families in crisis, and estate work. I have also developed the skills and knowledge to handle farm sales, estates, open tracts of land, and new construction. However, if there is one area I am truly passionate about, it would be historic homes, properties, and estates.
My commitment to Berks County, the surrounding areas and the people runs deep. I grew up in Exeter Township, received my college education at Kutztown University, and now reside in Exeter. I have been involved with many organizations and institutions. These range from The Friends of the Daniel Boone Homestead (volunteer and past president), the Berks History Center (Trustee), The Historic Preservation Trust of Berks County (volunteer and Vice-President), Rotary, Exeter High School Alumni Assn. (Vice-President), Exeter Community Education Foundation, and Masons.
Professionally, I have continued my education and training through ongoing classes and seminars in order to better serve my clients. I have also received several professional designations, with the goal of becoming a better Realtor and advisor. These include ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), e-PRO (Electronic Professional), GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), and CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert). I am also a member of the Reading-Berks Assn. of Realtors, the Pennsylvania Assn. of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
